We are a full service beauty salon dedicated to making the whole person feel and look great. From a haircut to color or treatments our dedicated staff is here to make sure when you leave our salon you feel and look the best that you are. Stylists retain their right to reschedule any client that arrives 15 minutes or later after their scheduled appointment. Please understand that this policy is in place so that the stylist does not run late for other scheduled and on time appointments. When you enter Salon Istanbul Hair & Spayou can expect a full service experience. Each one of our stylist will personalize your hair leaving you feeling relaxed and pampered.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mancini has been trained by one of the most renowned hair academies worldwide; Jacques Dessange of Paris, in New York. His attention to detail and mastery of the art of cosmetology has established his beauty parlour as the destination salon of the area. The spa has several treatment rooms for massages, body treatments, and facials, including dermaplane, microdermabrasion, and waxing services. We also offer hand and foot treatments, and hair salon services by our master hairstylists and barbers.
At The Smitten Salon, we value your time and money; please have the same consideration with us. We ask that you give us the courtesy of cancelling 48 hours prior to your appointment to allow us to fill that time slot and offer to clients on the waitlist. All clients MUST cancel and/or reschedule 24 hours prior to their appointment to avoid a fee. At hŌm we believe beauty is expressed from the inside out. During your appointment, you can expect to feel relaxed, welcomed, and celebrated. We will collaborate with you on your hairstyle journey and give you the confidence to recreate the look at home.
Where Style and Passion are Born
Occasionally we will offer color services without a blow dry. Please understand this is offered when we are trying to accommodate you earlier than the full service is available. No cost will be deducted from the color service if a blow dry is not booked. We have a blow dry station with blow dryers, products, and brushes available for your use. Smitten is known for fantastic customer service and experience, exceptional skill, and friendly and talented staff.
We also sell jewelry and accessories, offer makeup and waxing services and a large selection of professional product lines. If you no-notice/no-show or same day cancel and/or reschedule, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee that is listed under our service menu. As a courtesy, we send text and email reminders prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We allow a 15 minute grace period before the appointment is considered a no show and subject to the fee.
